Before purchasing, you will be able to review the pack’s supported file formats, tested engine versions, polygon counts, texture resolutions, material setup, LOD information, dependencies, and other relevant technical specifications on the official product package.
Tested Compatibility
Each pack is tested using the software, engines, versions, and render pipelines listed on its product page. We guarantee compatibility with those specifically listed configurations.
Because third-party software changes over time, compatibility with unlisted or future versions cannot be guaranteed. However, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported compatibility issues.
Working Files Guarantee
Your files should download, extract, open, and import correctly in the supported configurations.
If an advertised file is missing, corrupted, incorrectly exported, or affected by a verified defect, contact us with your order information and a description of the problem. We will provide troubleshooting assistance, corrected files, or an appropriate replacement at no additional cost.
No Hidden Dependencies
The product page or third-party notices inside the pack will identify any required plugins, packages, shaders, software, or third-party assets. If no dependencies are listed, the core asset files do not require additional paid products to use.
Free Corrective Updates
Verified defects in the purchased pack will be corrected at no additional charge. Corrective updates may include repaired files, export corrections, missing content, or fixes for supported configurations.
This promise covers corrections to the purchased product. It does not guarantee that future expansions, additional models, major remasters, or compatibility with every future software release will be provided for free.
Real Support
All support is handled by real humans and support requests receive an initial response within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
To help us resolve your issue, please include your order number, software or engine version, render pipeline, screenshots of the issue, and any relevant error messages.
Clear Commercial Licensing
This section is a simplified summary of the licence for convenience. It does not replace, modify, or override the full legal licence.
Unless a product page states otherwise with a different licence type, purchased assets may generally be used and modified in personal and commercial games, applications, videos, rendered media, and client projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make the original asset files, modified source files, or substantially similar asset packs available as standalone downloadable content.

Fair Digital-Download Policy
Because these products are instant-access digital downloads, purchases are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
We do not normally provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, decides not to use the pack, lacks the required software, purchases for an unsupported engine or version, or overlooks information clearly disclosed on the product page.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law or the rules of the asset-pack store through which the product was purchased.
We will always work to resolve:
- Missing or corrupted files
- Content advertised but not included
- Duplicate purchases or duplicate charges
- Verified defects affecting a supported configuration
- Material differences between the delivered product and its description
Where a verified issue exists, we will first attempt to provide support or corrected files. Depending on the situation, other remedies may include a replacement product, store credit, or any remedy required by applicable law or asset-pack store policy.
