We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered online, we do not normally issue refunds.
Before downloading a product
If you change your mind about a purchase and have not downloaded the product, we will gladly consider a full refund upon request, provided that:
- the refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase;
- the product has not been downloaded or otherwise accessed; and
- you provide the order information reasonably needed to verify the purchase.
After downloading a product
Refund requests made after a product has been downloaded are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
When evaluating a request, we check whether the available assets, animations, and file formats materially match the product description shown in the store at the time of purchase. Please include a clear explanation of the issue and any relevant technical details.

Any refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@polysets.com with:
- your name and purchase email;
- the order number or other proof of purchase;
- the product name;
- whether the product has been downloaded; and
- the reason for the request.
Consumer rights
We follow the consumer-protection laws of applicable countries to the best of our ability. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory refund, cancellation, conformity, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
